![]() ![]() ![]() I liked Dead Space 1 and 2 but never found them as "scary" as most people claim they are, all three games have jump scares and the fast necromorphs in DS3 gave me just as many issues as the ones in DS1 did. That's not to say the game doesn't have its flaws the flying on rails bits and grappling/repelling were annoying at times and the backtracking in the final couple of chapters felt unnecessary. Love that kind of stuff, reminds me of Deep Rock Galactic fixing oil pipes and mules.) ( edit: THE PUZZLES! I forgot about the puzzles and the general "fixing shit with stasis" is still there. Also the action scenes were very well made to include your co-op partner. The gunplay felt great and just as meaty/heavy hitting as the other games. The graphics were outstanding and it ran amazing at 120fps 1440p on my PC. I was shocked to see how well the game holds up for being nearly a decade old. It was an incredible experience and we ended up finishing a hard campaign in 17 hours over the course of 3 days. I never played Dead Space 3 until my brother and I started it last week. ![]()
